Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems Ltd is a new company but is actually a spin off from Active Fire Suppression Ltd and both companies were founded by Andrew Thompson. After nearly 15 years of operating the kitchen fire suppression systems under the Concept and Active banners a decision was made that the best thing for the clients was to separate the two entities Gas Fire Suppression and Kitchen Fire Suppression into two autonomous companies. This means that at Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems Ltd is our only focus.
Andrew has worked in the fire and security industry for over 30 years and has worked with some big well-known companies and some small lesser known, but for 15 years Concept Fire Suppression Ltd has been the focus. With a continued practical approach, the decision to separate the entities has not been easy but giving each the true specialism they require and deserve means that they can continue to grow.

We will happily help anyone with advice on technical, designs, budgets, repairs, service, maintenance or refills. If we can’t do it we will help you find someone who can.
How We Work For You
Because of over 15 years of experience, we can provide you with proposals from drawings, photos, basic list of appliances and canopy measurements or if you prefer, we can carry out a survey. We have developed our own software that calculates the price of your kitchen fire suppression system accurately, consistently and very quickly (over the phone if you need it) and then forward you our proposals by e-mail. Using technology means we can work with you quickly to get the information you need.
Our Commitment To You
As all new installations require a minimum of two maintenance visits per annum, we include the first visit free of charge to ensure that unless it is operator error or malicious damage the price you pay for the installation is the price you pay in the first year.
We also offer an extended warranty on your system that can be extended up to 10 years if the maintenance is carried out by Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems Ltd, on Direct Debit, at the correct intervals on a continuous basis (excluding discharges).
